DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

No Worries - we have your back!

If your order arrives damaged upon delivery, please report it to us within 48 hours of the order being delivered by emailing us at info@thelooneyzoo.com.

It is vital that you contact us ASAP. We need to coordinate to get the damaged order picked up and returned so we can get the replacement out to you right away.

 

EDIT/CANCEL ORDER

It’s our goal to provide you with the best board buying experience imaginable. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order. If you wish to initiate a return once you have received the item(s), you may return your item(s) for a full refund, minus shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee per item. All products are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee — You have 30 Days from the Date Your Order was Delivered to try out your item(s) and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your item(s) for a full refund.

Please be sure to save all the items that came with your order, including the box and any packaging. This way if you do want to return your order, you have the packaging needed to safely have the order completely returned. 

To file a return under the 30 Day Guarantee, please contact us immediately with your order ID# and return request.

The refund, less shipping, will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

All contents from original packaging must be included in the return, any missing items will delay the refund process.

Periodically Looney Zoo runs various sales and promotions throughout the year which are based on various factors such as holidays and marketing promotions, so prices on items may vary. If you purchase an item and the price changes within 30 days of purchase, we will provide an online store credit for the difference in price of the item(s) if you email us at info@thelooneyzoo.com.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit to you.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thelooneyzoo.com and we will do our best to help you out.
